Forum Software Upgrade

As soon as I get the go ahead from Gramma Im going to upgrade the forum software to 2.0RC3 - hopefully it will be sometime today.   When it happens the forum will be in Maintenance Mode.  It won't take long to complete.

Forums been upgraded to 2.0RC3 - if you find any problems be sure to let us know.
